ONLINE CLASSES
Yin Yoga:
Mondays
21st, 28th Nov
5th, 19th, 26th Dec
at 8pm

What to Expect...
In class people have space to explore and discover, to connect to their body, breath and mind as a whole. Jill teaches asana (physical poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. She gives clear guidance, offering empowerment of choice in the form of practice. Her approach is gentle, attentive and compassionate. Jill promises to bring connection and a place to let go of tension in body and mind.
Her style has been shaped by her 15 years experience of practice and her teachers; from initial 200 hour teacher training in 2017 with Jessica Stewart, Centric School of Yoga, London to more recent training with Paul Grilley through Pranamaya, Home for Yoga Mastery and Norman Blair in Yin Yoga. Plus a 300 hour online teacher training with YogaRenew and currently engaging in a further 300 hour teacher training at The Shala, London, which includes meditation, sound, yoga nidra, and pranayama.
Accessibility is a fundamental consideration, so please be in contact with Jill if you are thinking of practice but not sure how, or if you're "flexible enough" - Jill seeks to support people to find the yoga that works for them. Her main intention is to cultivate a sense of peaceful connection, of being kind to ourselves and others.
