Key Take Aways from participants in Kerala 2024

"Really well organised. Very welcoming and friendly. Expert yoga and massages. I am calmer that before. I have given up coffee and reading the news on my phone and now do a daily meditation each morning. The people in the group were wonderful and there was a lot of sharing and love."

"Human beings from different backgrounds and cultures can always find ways to connect. Practicing in India in the home of yoga is a special and essential part of developing a yoga practice that honours its roots I love Keralan curry!"
