Yoga with Jill
I teach yoga in London, online and on retreats.
Being a YACEP, RYT 500+hours certified teacher with Yoga Alliance, I have 7 years experience of teaching, based on 18 years of practice.
My influences and training support a trauma-informed approach, where each person is invited to develop awareness of their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
You can attend a range of my classes, including Hatha, Yin Yoga, Sound experiences and Meditation, Hot and Vinyasa Yoga.
My teachers include Paddy Hamilton, Norman Blair, Manu Bazzano, Melanie Cooper, Paul Grilley, Martin Alyward, Anne Malone, Jessica Stewart, Dr Chandra Kumar.
My aim is to share yoga as a form of transformation, community connection and collective awareness.
Yoga can be active, slow, meditative and a process of self-enquiry.
I am very interested in Yoga's History & Philosophy, continually reading and studying to better understand how what is practiced today can honour and evolve from the past.
