Service Description

This class offers breathwork, meditative practice and yin yoga poses with adaptations to work with your body in a gentle and restorative way. You are encouraged to slow down, rest and prepare yourself for sleep in the evening. Participants have said they feel the benefit throughout the week, having spent time creating space in their minds and easing habitual tension in their bodies at the start of the week. There is the opportunity to connect and check in at the beginning and you can be in contact with me after the practice as a reflective tool for your own development.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance if possible. Once booked your class/package is available for 6 months. If for some reason the class needs to be cancelled I will contact you at least 24 hours in advance. If there are technical issues that prevent the class from going ahead your class will be honoured for another date. Please contact me in advance about any health conditions or injuries you would like me to take into consideration for the class. Your wellbeing and safety is your own responsbility in your home while practicing, so please be mindful and do not do something that puts you at risk of injury.
